Edgecombe House caters for conferences, seminars, meetings, training courses, strategy planning sessions, product launches, functions, parties and weddings

Edgecombe House can be hired on full day or half day packages and is ideal for multiple day programs.

The variety of rooms, coupled with our unique garden break-away spaces and deck, allow Edgecombe House to be a very flexible venue for almost any conference, function or event.

Our conference rooms seat from 4 to 150 delegates, depending on the seating arrangement. Rooms are set up and prepared according to client’s requirements.

All catering is done in-house and we cater for special dietary requirements where we offer a vegetarian or fish option at no extra charge

Book your next conference at Edgecombe House

The cost of hiring a conference room or rooms at Edgecombe House is dependent on your requirements. The standard daily rate is R395.00 ex VAT, per person for a function which includes: 

  • Coffee, tea and muffins on arrival
  • Mid-morning tea and snacks
  • Buffet lunch with dessert
  • Afternoon tea and biscuits
  • Quantities of ice always available.
  • White boards, flip charts, paper and pens.
  • Safe parking.
  • Wireless/LAN for the exclusive use of Delegates.

The hire of specialized equipment will be quoted on request. 
The entire Edgecombe House Conference Centre is available for exclusive hire.
